Short biography?
I am a wise 40-something old professional, graciously divorced woman and mother-in-the-making who has handcrafted an exceptional life and practice in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Born and educated in Johannesburg, Gauteng, I moved to Cape Town on a whim in 2002. I have a background in journalism and media studies and have worked as a teacher, newswriter, journalist, public relations person and motivational sales consultant. I’m currently a novice yoga and philosophy student of more than a decade and an ardent rebounder. My most favourite things in the world are journal writing and catching great waves to bodysurf over and over again…
