Who I am I?
Who I am is the result of all my actions and choices. I have led an interesting life, growing up in Gauteng, then travelling, working and living in several places, both local and abroad, before settling here in Cape Town. I have had different jobs and careers, from photography, to programming computers, to farm work, to volunteering, and working with a variety of Healing modalities. I have had the opportunity to travel, to take time out to do retreats, and to study with various Spiritual Masters. Nature is my solace, so I spend free time walking in the forests or by the sea. As well as spending time in nature, I garden, swim, dance, sing and drum for pleasure.
What do I do
Currently I work as a Life Coach, a Craniosacral Therapist, a Stress Biofeedback practitioner, and a Healer. My passion is to meet people where they are at, and support them in their journey, helping them to get to where they want to be.
• Life Coaching – I facilitate people in achieving the results they want in there lives. We all have dreams and ideas of how we want our lives to be. I educate my clients so they can learn to control their state, and think in a more productive. I then help them to let go of all the limiting beliefs and unprocessed negative emotions which are holding them back. We then take stock and set up achievable goals to create the future they desire.
• Stress Biofeedback – Teaching simple techniques, clients can learn to engage their “relaxation response”. Applying this daily, can reduce and counter the effects of stress.
• Craniosacral Therapy – this therapy helps most people, especially with tension, headaches, back, neck, and shoulder problems. I also have a particular interest in working with newborn babies, and their mothers, to help them recover from the rigors of birth.
I have also studied and worked with a variety of other Complimentary therapies, from massage to Sound therapy and Colour Therapy.
