Subtle Energy Management Morning workshop with Cindy Holmes and

This workshop is aimed at beginners and offers an introduction to subtle energy management and psychic protection. We process our life force energy through our energy field. When our energy field is strong and healthy, we have more life force energy to engage with daily stresses and challenges and are likely to experience a greater sense of well-being and vitality. We will look at the seven major energy centres – or chakras – that make up our subtle energy body and consider their functions and associated issues. We will then explore ways in which we can better manage our subtle energy so that we are more clear, grounded and protected.

Tune into your own energy field and that of others

Cord Cutting Afternoon workshop with Cindy Holmes and Heather Linn
Saturday 4th February 2pm- 5pm

Cords are energetic attachments to other people. We go through life cording to others and being corded in return. Some of these cords are positive such as those between loving partners or between parents and their children. Other cords can drain our energy and cause pain and ill health. Often these cords are unintentional, but sometimes they are formed consciously for a particular reason. During this workshop we will use different methods to locate cords in ourselves and others, learn why each cord exists and how to work with that energy before cutting it and ensuring that it does not reform. We will also learn how to protect ourselves from this kind of intrusion

Time: 9am – 5pm

Digital storytelling transforms memories, photographs, ideas and documents into short movies that capture the essence of your story.
No previous experience is needed – the course will give you everything you need to know. During the three days you will:
Develop your story and create a script
Record a voiceover narration
Use video editing software to put your story together

You will leave with a completed 3-minute movie, recorded DVD and ready to share online.

As Above, So Below – Alchemy as Mirror of the Human Psyche presented by Renee Ramsden, Julian David and John Gosling
17th – 19th February

Programme for Psychology and Alchemy
These seminars are open to members of the general public who have a serious interest in dream-analysis from the perspective of Jungian analytical psychology.
This weekend will be shifting from the archetypal and historical, towards the personal and therapeutic application of the alchemical imagery and language. Renee Ramsden’s first three seminars will be focusing on the Mercurial fountain as a major symbol describing for the process of analysis, and the mysterious spirit within, called Mercurius by the alchemists. Her last seminar will be an introduction to dream analysis, based on the material presented in all her previous seminars. John Gosling will be presenting a seminar on mother-infant bonding, and the child archetype. Julian David will be presenting two seminars on synchronicity, which promises to be a fascinating amplification on how the Mercurial Spirit works in our lives.
